You Me At Six have dropped a new "R&B-tinged" track, 'IOU'

You Me At Six have dropped another new cut from their forthcoming, album ‘VI’.

Titled ‘IOU’, it’s described in a press release as an “R&B-tinged” track “with nods to the Hip Hop artists the band collectively love”. So there you go.

Don’t worry. Nobody attempts to do any rapping. Basically, there’s a groove on it.

‘VI’ is - obviously - You Me At Six’s sixth album, and is set for release on 5th October. The band will be supporting it with a run of live dates this November and December, which dovetail with shows celebrating the 10th anniversary of debut album ‘Take Off Your Colours’.

Support on the live dates comes from Marmozets and The Xcerts.

22 Birmingham, O2 Academy

27 Glasgow, Barrowland
