The new issue of Upset, featuring Against The Current and the Best of 2016, is out now

As the end of the year approaches, everyone starts making their lists. Not for Santa. Nope. Lists of what they consider to be the best and brightest of the last twelve months. We’re all at it, forcing them down the throats of people who couldn’t care less via our social media platform of choice. Well, dearest readers, your good chums at Upset are no different – but we have a whole bloody magazine to do it with. Chew it down.

It’s something to be celebrated, though, make no bones about it. This month we’re bringing you a cast of superstars so shimmering we’re tempted to turn them into a fetching party frock and head out on the town.

From our cover stars Against The Current, who celebrate a year where they’ve gone from digital sensations to real world superheroes, through to legit legends Blink-182, we’ve got some of the biggest names on the circuit all packed into one issue. There’s a cavalcade of previous cover stars, from Panic! At The Disco through to Moose Blood, Milk Teeth and Tonight Alive, alongside some of our absolute favourites from the last twelve months, Muncie Girls, Black Foxxes and SWMRS. They’ll talk about this one for years.

Add to that our albums of the year run down, a day on the road with the fantastic Kevin Devine, all the low down from Enter Shikari ahead of what already promises to be a bumper 2017, live fun with Bring Me The Horizon and Pierce The Veil and loads, loads more and it’s pretty clear we’re handing over your Xmas pressie early this year.

The December 2016 / January 2017 issue of Upset is out now. You can make sure you get your hands on a copy by ordering now below, or subscribing to the magazine and picking up a few back issues here. You can also pick us up from record stores and venues (though allow for Xmas delivery; it may take a few days to appear everywhere – Ed), or read online here.
