Of Mice & Men are already working on the follow-up to new album ‘Defy’, their first full-length since the departure of Austin Carlile.
Despite the record only arriving earlier this year, they’re currently in the studio with producer Josh Wilbur.
“We’re super pumped to be in the studio with Josh, as we’re all big fans of his production and mix discography,” says vocalist/guitarist Aaron Pauley.
“When we decided to go heavier with this album, Josh‘s was one of the first names to pop up — and I can tell you, we’re a little over halfway done and it’s sounding huge and heavy, heavenly and absolutely demonic — all rolled into one.”
The band recently announced a couple of new headline shows. The gigs will take place while the band are in Europe for a support tour with Bullet For My Valentine, which includes two nights in the UK: Alexandra Palace in London on 10th November and Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff the following day.
They'll now also play Riverside in Newcastle on 12th November, and O2 Academy2 in Liverpool on the 13th, with support from SHVPES and Loathe.
