IDLES have picked up a couple of gongs at this year's AIM Independent Music Awards

They won UK Independent Breakthrough and Best [Difficult] Second Album.

IDLES have picked up a couple of gongs at this year's AIM Independent Music Awards

The winners for this year's AIM Independent Music Awards are out.

Announced last night at a ceremony held at the Roundhouse in London, both Dave and IDLES celebrated two wins each, with Jade Bird, Freya Ridings, Gerry Cinnamon, and Georgia picking up awards too.

The Kinks’ Ray Davies also presented Debbie Harry with an Outstanding Contribution Award, while The Smiths’ Johnny Marr received the Pioneer Award.

The winners include:
