Charly Bliss have released a new five-track EP.
'Supermoon' was recorded during sessions for their recent album 'Young Enough', and arrives ahead of their upcoming UK tour that'll kick off on 4th November in Brighton.
Of the release, Eva Hendricks tells Upset: "We recorded about fifteen songs when we were in the studio. We only put, I think, eleven on the record. We really wanted to release those songs. It felt like it would be a really special thing, especially for our fans who have been following along with this record and care about this record, to get more context for it. We're still really proud of these songs."
"It just felt right," she adds. "I think we really wrestled with how we wanted to release these songs. I think, to us, the way these songs make sense and fit in with us is that they are very related to 'Young Enough', almost as if this release is a bonus to 'Young Enough' or attached to 'Young Enough'. As we start to move away from 'Young Enough' - we've already started writing for whatever we're going to do next and the next record - we wanted to put these songs out in a way where they still felt they belonged with the rest of the record."
