Black Peaks have been forced to cancel some shows due to ill health

Black Peaks have been forced to cancel some shows due to ill health.

A message from the band reads:

"After very careful consideration we are so sorry to let you know that we will be pulling out of most of our summer shows this year.

We have pushed as hard as we can and tried to find any way around having to cancel as its something that is really a last resort for us but in all honesty we are not in a position to give you the show we feel you deserve. Black Peaks is something we have built from the ground up over the last 6 years and have poured absolutely everything we have into and we want to be able to continue to do this for years to come which is why its important for us to take a step back and make sure we get our singer and brother Will, back to full health. We really hope you understand why we are doing this and know this isn’t the end.

All this being said we will still be performing at this years ArcTanGent Festival with our brother Jamie Lenman stepping in on vocals for a one-off special show. We will also be having our first show back with Will at Burn It Down Festival at the end of August.

All the shows for our October UK and European tour remain and are on sale now."

They go on the explain that "the nature of cancelling two months of shows with a band this size it is having a considerable financial effect on us unfortunately and we had put together a special summer range of merchandise that we were really excited to bring out to all the festivals this summer. If you like what you see and you fancy helping us out massively please take a look and pick up some new merchandise from our shop".
