Terrible Love (featuring members of Bastions, Goodtime Boys, Funeral For A Friend and more) recently joined forces with Big Scary Monsters for the release of their ‘Change Nothing’ EP on limited edition vinyl. Out now, it features their track ‘Mt. Misery’, for which they’ve just released a video – watch below, first on Upset. The clip was recorded during the band’s time on the road with Rolo Tomassi.
“‘Mt. Misery’ was one of the first songs we fleshed out during our time down in Cornwall writing the EP,” the band explain. “The name started out as a working title, originally inspired by our time there, but the name stuck and ended up working well with the lyrical themes that Jon was writing about.
“The video was filmed and put together by our friend and photographer Doug Elliot. He came out on the road with us for our short stint with Rolo Tomassi. We’re not going to pretend that we’re reinventing the wheel with it, as it is just another live video, but at this point it was the only thing that felt authentic for us to do, rather than looking morose and miming in a forest or dilapidated warehouse. With that said, we’re really happy with the outcome and we hope you enjoy it too.”
