So Pitted share new tracks ‘holding the void’ and ‘the sickness’ in live video

Masters of noisy new-wave So Pitted have shared a live video featuring two new tracks.

‘holding the void’ and ‘the sickness’ (their choice to keep it all lowercase – Ed) both feature on the band’s debut album ‘neo’, set for release via Sub Pop on February 19th.

Speaking of ‘holding the void’ Nathan Rodriguez explains, “initially I wrote this song as a reaction to someone else but as more time passes it feels like I myself am the subject. Also, listen to those drums, this is practically a jock jam.”

So Pitted hit the UK next month, where they’ll play shows in London, Leeds and Brighton. Check out the dates after the video below.

4 Paris, FR – Mecanique Ondulatoire
5 Amsterdam, NL – Butcher’s Tears
7 London – The Shacklewell Arms
8 Leeds – Brudenell Games Room
9 Brighton – The Green Door Store
10 Lille, FR – La Peniche
11 Brussells, BE – Homepluged
