The Fairweather Band premiere slightly grim video for ‘Nosebleed Song #1’

The Fairweather Band are gearing up to released their debut album, but before then they’ve released a bloody new video for ‘Nosebleed Song #1’ – watch it below, first on Upset.

“The song is inspired by the casual yet brutal atmosphere around a nosebleed, or a conversation about a car crash,” says singer / guitarist Rory Matthews. “We filmed the video after hours in our favourite haunt, Exeter’s Cavern Club, and spent absolutely ages cleaning up fake blood afterwards.”

The Exeter trio’s full-length – produced by John Hannon at No Recording Studio in Southend – is called ‘Meow’, and it’s due on 2nd September on Specialist Subject Records (pre-order here).

They’ve a number of live dates coming up in support of the release, including the Specialist Subject Records All Dayer at the Lexington next month, and a date at London’s Veg Bar. Find their current list of shows after the jump.
