Wolf Alice have been forced to cancel a bunch of German dates this November, “due to our Mercury Prize nomination.”
Thankfully their award-nominated heads haven’t grown so big they can’t get through airport security – it’s just “unexpected clashes.”
“Cologne, Berlin and Hamburg valid for February 2016,” they tweeted earlier today, “refunds available if you can’t make it, and for Leipzig fans. With Munich show added!
“So sorry to do this so close to the tour, we hate cancelling shows, but will make it up to you in February!”
Their February dates are as follows:
12 CBE – Cologne, Germany
13 Strom – Munich, Germany
14 Zoom – Frankfurt, Germany
Sorry to announce that we are unable to play our German dates this November, due to our Mercury Prize nomination and unexpected clashes

Wolf Alice’s debut album ‘My Love Is Cool’ is currently one of the favourites to win the 2015 Mercury Prize, with only Jamie xx currently on shorter odds.
