Trivium to play ‘fan-requested’ UK headline shows

Trivium will head over to the UK this spring for a headline tour of lesser visited towns in the UK (as requested by fans), which will kick off on 20th March in Norwich and wind up in Aberdeen on 1st April.

The Florida band will play eleven dates in total, their first with new drummer Paul Wandtke, in support of their latest album ‘Silence In The Snow’.

“The UK was the first place to ever truly embrace Trivium and make us feel at home,” says frontman Matt Heafy. “I feel now – at this very moment in time – Trivium is a better live band than we have ever been. For us to pay true homage to the place who took us in first, we can now give them the Trivium they have always deserved.”

The dates are:

20 Norwich UEA
21 Ipswich Corn Exchange
22 Portsmouth Pyramid Centre
23 Bristol O2 Academy Bristol
25 Oxford O2 Academy Oxford
26 Lincoln Engine Shed
27 Leicester O2 Academy Leicester
29 York Barbican
30 Middlesborough Empire
31 Kilmarnock Grand Hall

01 Aberdeen Beach Ballroom

Tickets will go on general sale from Friday, 15th January.
