Panic! At The Disco are heading for a US number 1 album

Panic! At The Disco‘s fifth album ‘Death Of A Bachelor‘ is set for chart success in both the UK and the US.

Following on from the news that the record is sat at number three in the UK mid-week album charts, ‘Death Of A Bachelor’ is also on course for the number one slot on the Billboard 200 charts.

The Billboard 200 charts ranks albums based on actual sales as well as both singles and album streaming. If the forecasts are correct, this will be Panic! At The Disco’s first number one. Their previous three albums have all broken the top ten (‘Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die!‘ and ‘Pretty.Odd.‘ hit #2 with ‘Vices & Virtues‘ reaching #7) while debut album ‘A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out‘ peaked at #13 but did spend 74 weeks in the chart which is a Long Time.

Guess when Brendon Urie told Upset that “Panic! has never done this before“, he was more right than he knew.

The Billboard Top 200 is revealed Sunday 24th January.
