Megadeth and Lamb of God team up for UK and Ireland arena run

Megadeth and Lamb of God are combining for a co-headline UK and Irish tour this autumn.

The giants will be joined by Children of Bodom and Sylosis for the run, which kicks off at Dublin’s 3 Arena on November 9th. They’ll then head to Glasgow’s Braehead Arena, Manchester Apollo, London SSE Arena Wembley and Birmingham O2 Academy.

The dates read:

Mon November 09 2015 – DUBLIN 3 Arena
Wed November 11 2015 – GLASGOW Braehead Arena
Thu November 12 2015 – MANCHESTER Apollo
Sat November 14 2015 – LONDON SSE Arena Wembley
Sun November 15 2015 – BIRMINGHAM O2 Academy

Megadeth and Lamb of God are both preparing to release new albums later this year. The former’s is current untitled and unscheduled, while Lamb of God’s ‘VII: Sturm Und Drang’ has a firm release date of July 24th.

Megadeth’s Dave Mustaine says: “Having just finished an amazing record full of high-energy heavy metal with Chris Adler, Kiko Loureiro and David Ellefson, I am excited to announce this tour and see all of the metal fans come out for this one. I literally can’t wait to hit the stage again!”
