Gerard Way comments on the anniversary of My Chemical Romance’s split

Earlier this week marked the third anniversary of My Chemical Romances’ split, because “like all great things, it has come time for it to end,” as they said at the time.

Frontman Gerard Way took to Twitter to commemorate his former band, saying: “The last three years definitely feel like ten. In a much better place- happy, productive. Of course I miss everyone. Thanks for the support.”

My Chemical Romance’s most recent album, ‘Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys’ was released in 2010. Gerard’s since released a solo album, 2014’s ‘Hesitant Alien’.
