Frank Turner extends UK tour due to “overwhelming demand”

Frank Turner has added an extra few dates to his upcoming UK tour, in Southampton, Nottingham and Bristol, due to “overwhelming demand”.

He’s touring in support of his forthcoming new album, ‘Positive Songs For Negative People’, due on 7th August. Tickets are on sale now.

Other stops on the run include Llandudno, Falmouth, Glasgow, Newcastle, Birmingham, Sheffield, Manchester and London, where he’ll play Alexandra Palace.

In other recent Frank Turner news, his US record label apparently suggested they ask Taylor Swift to sing on the album. “No contact was ever made,” he told NME, “but I was like, ‘That’s a fucking rubbish idea’.”
