Foo Fighters perform in Cesena, Italy following fans invitation

Earlier this week, Foo Fighters swung by Cesena, Italy for a very special performance, having been invited by the Rockin’1000 campaign.

The scheme saw 1,000 musicians band together for a live performance of Foo Fighters’ ‘Learn to Fly’ in a bid to get the band to visit.

“To see you people singing our song for the whole fucking world, to me, it’s the greatest moment of my life,” Dave Grohl told the audience.

“Of course we couldn’t say no, we had to come. You trapped us, we had to come here.”

In typical Foo Fighters style, the band performed a whopping 27-song set, and even invited a few of those behind the campaign to join them onstage.
