Funeral for a Friend prepare live album and DVD release

Funeral For A Friend have announced plans for a new live album/DVD. Ten years after its initial release, ‘Hours – Live at Islington Academy’ will see a performance of the record in it’s entirety.

Neck Deep guitarist Lloyd Roberts says of the album: “Hours is a record that shaped music for me, undoubtedly. I’d listen to that album on repeat and just think ‘I want to do this someday’. I loved Casually Dressed so much that I was sure it would be impossible to top, then FFAF stepped up and produced one of the best British rock albums ever. A legendary album by a legendary band. An inspiration on my musical life, and I have no doubt the band, and this album, plays a huge part in where Neck Deep is today. Also, I played Recovery for my GCSE music piece, so you know it’s bad ass.”

‘Hours – Live at Islington Academy’ will be available on June 12th on CD+DVD, Vinyl+VDV and digital audio.

Over the next couple of months, Funeral For A Friend are set to play:

7 Dundee Beat Generator Live
8 Aberdeen Tunnels
9 Inverness Ironworks
14 Stoke Sugarmill
15 York The Duchess
16 Hull The Welly
