2016 promises all kinds of good things, and now it looks like it’s going to bring something else potentially brilliant. Trent Reznor has decreed that next year will see new music from Nine Inch Nails. And, y’know, other stuff too.
Seriously. He tweeted it and everything.
New NIN coming in 2016. Other stuff, too.

Nine Inch Nails’ last album was 2013’s ‘Hesitation Marks’, with Reznor also contributing to the soundtracks of several films, including Gone Girl and The Social Network.
In a June interview with Rolling Stone, Reznor talked about new NIN material he was working on: “It’s not for a thing, it’s not a record I’m trying to finish in a month,” he explained. “It’s more just feeling around in the dark and seeing what sounds interesting. It’s nice to do that every few years to try and reinvent and discover and try to learn about yourself and what feels exciting to you as an artist.”
