Having teased the imminent arrival of a new announcement, Set Your Goals have finally revealed they will return early next year for two shows in their native California.
The band hasn’t been active since 2013, and it’s not yet known whether these two dates will see them return proper, or if they’re anniversary dates for 2006 debut, ‘Mutiny!’.
“Last time I talked to everyone about the band we all seemed receptive to the idea of playing shows again when it makes sense,” vocalist Matt Wilson recently told Lambgoat.
“2016 marks ten years since the release of ‘Mutiny!’ so maybe we’ll play some shows then?
“Our band has always sort of flown by the seat of our pants, so it’s hard to say this far in advance, but we’ve all agreed it’s best to leave the door open.”
The two shows are as follows:
27 Berkeley, Gilman Street
04 Anaheim, Chain Reaction
