With next year’s Glastonbury tickets selling out in a mere half an hour, Muse have let slip they would like to headline the festival. Well, it has been a good five years…
The band’s bassist, Christopher Wolstenholme, told Q Magazine: “I think we would play Glasto every year if we could. It’s probably the best festival in the world.”
“We’re all hoping we get to do it on this album. It’s been a while,” he continued.
Glastonbury 2016 will take place on 22nd – 26th June 2016. So far, rumoured headliners include the likes of Foo Fighters, Oasis, Daft Punk and Radiohead, as well as Fleetwood Mac, Bloc Party, Blur, The Stone Roses and Ed Sheeran.
