After teasing us with ‘Black Mire‘, Lonely The Brave have confirmed that their second album will be called ‘Things Will Matter‘ and is due out May 20th. Nice!
Speaking to Upset earlier this year while they were in the studio, Gavin ‘Mo’ Edgeley explains that ‘Thing Will Matter’ is “definitely more of a progressive album” than their debut.
“There’s been a lot of time, effort and thought put into reworking the songs,” he continues. “There’s some electronic stuff on there, and some heavy, ballsy rock numbers with a more progressive slant, but at the same time it’s still us. [The progression is] something we could never get rid of if we tried.”
The band have already announce for Handmade Festival but we’re expecting a lot more live shows to be announced soon.
While we wait, why not revisit ‘Black Mire’ and get excited.
