Issues bassist Skyler Acord has revealed that the band are still swapping songs about on their new album, rumoured to be called ‘Headspace’ – and they still don’t have a release date.
“For real though y’all will know when we do,” he said to a fan on Twitter asking whether they had a date yet. “we want it out like yesterday but u kno.”
“Fun fact it needed a new song cuz one of the og songs is wack so we’re recording another one in like a week.
“That’s not why it’s taking forever but since it IS taking forever we got the time so… Might as well lol.
“So there y’all didn’t get a release date but you did get some fun iotas of information to chew on.
“This album is too important to have a filler track on it, y’all have waited long enough we wouldn’t do you like that.”

The follow up to their 2014 self-titled debut, the new album is expected to land early next year. Issues will be visiting the UK next spring for a five-date tour.
Joining them on the run – which kicks off on 24th May, and will see them visit Cardiff, London, Manchester, Glasgow and Southampton – will be Hacktivist and Astroid Boys.
