Frank Turner will be performing a secret set at Glastonbury this weekend.
Except he’s announced it now. So it’s no longer that secret.
In information that will only be useful for people currently sat in a tent in the middle of a field, desperately watching the last of their battery life slip away Turner will play the festival’s Strummerville Campfire area at 6:15pm on Friday.
Of course he will. A campfire? Where else would you find Frank Turner and his acoustic guitar? Exactly.
That makes it three appearances for Turner at Glastonbury 2015. He’ll also play a full band show on The Other Stage at midday on Saturday, before holding a discussion about his recent book and a solo show later in the day.
Frank Turner’s new album, ‘Positive Songs For Negative People’, is set to be released on August 7th. It will feature exactly zero songs featuring Taylor Swift.
