Foo Fighters are now 6/1 to headline Glastonbury 2016 according to William Hill, having been the favourites at 3/1 earlier this year.
Dave Grohl and co. were set to headline the event in 2015, before the frontman broke his leg at a show in Sweden, and were forced to have Florence & The Machine step in to replace them.
Muse have also tumbled a little, falling from 10/1 to 12/1. “I think we would play Glasto every year if we could,” bassist Chris Wolstenholme recently told Q Magazine. “We’re all hoping we get to do it on this album. It’s been a while.”
The main contenders are now as follows:
7/2 The Stone Roses
6/1 Foo Fighters
20/1 Ed Sheeran
20/1 Fleetwood Mac
