Following rumours earlier this year that Beach Slang were on the verge of breaking up, their drummer JP Flexner has left the band.
In a lengthy post on Facebook, he explains that he wants to focus on his design and illustration career, and indulge in some free time.
“TLDR; I’m no longer in Beach Slang. Thank you for being a part of something that meant a lot to me. Now let’s hang out and do stuff,” he concludes.
The band are currently working on their second album, the follow up to 2015’s ‘The Things We Do to Find People Who Feel Like Us’.
