Against The Current are gearing up to release their long-awaited debut album ‘In Our Bones’, due for release on 20th May via Fueled By Ramen. Recently, they previewed the release with new song, ‘Running With The Wild Things’.
“It’s just your typical angsty, ‘we’re not going to follow the same standards and meet that status quo’ type of song,” front woman Chrissy Costanza explains in the new issue of Upset, chatting about her band’s recent arena support tour with All Time Low, and the upcoming album.
“There’s the line ‘the standardisation of the masses’, and we don’t want to be standardised. We are who we are and that’s kinda it. That’s what we were trying to inspire in our fans. This is the more angsty approach to ‘Outsiders’ which is you don’t have to follow the path, you can do what you want.”
