Against the Current are currently gearing up to release their long-awaited debut album, ‘In Our Bones’ – due on 20th May. It’s a step up from their previous singles and EPs, the trio explain in the May issue of Upset.
“We just became better songwriters in general,” says vocalist Chrissy Costanza. “We focused on a lot of really intricate subtleties that we never really had time to focus on before. We got really deep into it.”
“Every song is different, every song has it’s own story and stands alone,” she continues. “The album itself is very true to us. It was definitely hard to cut it down but by the end it was clear that yeah, this is the right track listing.”
