PVRIS have revealed that they’re going to record their new album, the follow up to 2014 debut ‘White Noise’, in a haunted church.
Speaking to the Mike Herrera Hour podcast, hosted by the MxPx frontman, they explained:
“We’re going into the studio this fall; doing some writing trips over the summer. We’re gonna go to New Orleans for a week; we’re gonna go to the UK for a week — get some old history vibes going on.
“We [have] confirmed that we’re gonna be recording up in upstate New York in an old church [that has been] renovated into a studio. Apparently it’s haunted, and apparently the house that we’re staying at is haunted too.”
The band also talk about their “dark” new album in the May issue of Upset, explaining they expect to record in September or October. It’s out now – order your copy here.
