Weatherstate premiere new track ‘Piss It All Away’

Weatherstate are releasing their Very Good new EP ‘Dumbstruck‘ in a few weeks (January 22nd for those people with a diary) via Failure By Design Records and today, they’ve released another Very Good track from it.

You can check out ‘Piss It All Away‘, a fiery declaration of intent and attitude, below, exclusively on Upset. Play it loud.

“This was the second track we wrote for ‘Dumbstruck’,” explains vocalist / guitarist Harry Hoskins. “The song highlights monotonous experiences with old friends, whilst also being self critical & guilty of the flaws that made the experiences so bleak myself. This song has a real Weezer influence behind it. Like every song should.” Trufax.

“The track is about trying to surround yourself with positive people and leaving behind certain situations that stop yourself from living up to your own potential,” continues guitarist Callan Milward. “Growing up in a small town means you can find yourself stuck in a negative routine sometimes, and this song is about attempting to move away from that pessimistic frame of mind.”

To celebrate the release of ‘Dumbstruck’ (available to preorder now) Weatherstate will be taking to Camden’s The Black Heart on February 12th for a special headline show. See you there, punx.
