Purple stream brand new track ‘Bliss’

Purple are streaming a brand new track from their forthcoming record, ‘Bodacious’. Entitled ‘Bliss’, the song focuses on the ups and downs of touring.

Opening up to Consequence Of Sound, vocalist and drummer Hanna Brewer said: “I wrote Bliss after doing some pretty intense touring through the US and Europe while trying to grow up at the same time.”

“I realized that I’m the happiest and most depressed while on tour… The verses talk about some of the negativity of touring while the chorus says ‘This is bliss’ because you also experience the most highs of your life. It’s bittersweet.”

‘Bodacious’ is due out 1st April. The album follows the band’s debut, ‘(409)’.
